Senior Web Program Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing complex web initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Web Program Manager will manage multiple interconnected web projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while driving process improvements and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Own all phases of cross-functional web programs, from planning to delivery, while tracking milestones and providing status updates
• Serve as the strategic bridge between high-level business objectives and actionable program roadmaps, facilitating communication with executives and teams
• Orchestrate efforts of cross-functional teams and document processes to establish best practices across the web program

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or internal web department
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
• Strong understanding of the web production process and experience launching web solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile delivery methods, including Scrum and Kanban
• Experience integrating AI tools into program management processes to enhance efficiency
