Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and budgets while collaborating with various departments to deliver web projects
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and personal service
• Create and manage project documentation, plans, schedules, and reports to ensure project success

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex client projects, preferably in an agency environment
• Experience with content management systems like Drupal, WordPress, or Sitecore
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and custom CMS builds
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Smartsheet, or Excel
• Experience in contract and budget management
