A company is looking for a Senior Webflow Designer to lead the transition of marketing sites to Webflow and optimize them for conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a scalable Webflow architecture across multiple brands

• Collaborate with the Growth team to quickly implement changes and support A/B testing

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in building complex, multi-page Webflow sites with a focus on component architecture
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for modern design and usability
• Experience working with growth teams and understanding conversion funnels and A/B testing
• Ability to self-direct projects and deliver high-quality work quickly
• Technical capability beyond Webflow, including custom coding skills for enhancements
