Senior Webflow Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Webflow Developer will architect and deliver enterprise-grade Webflow projects while collaborating remotely or in a hybrid environment with designers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of complex Webflow projects from concept to launch
• Implement the Lumos framework to build scalable and maintainable Webflow sites
• Architect CMS collections and workflows for large-scale projects, ensuring enterprise-grade standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in Webflow development
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise-level Webflow sites with complex CMS and multi-user workflows
• Advanced proficiency with the Lumos framework
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with Webflow Enterprise features and API integrations
