Senior Webflow Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the technical development of enterprise Webflow websites, the temporary-to-permanent Senior Webflow Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-performing digital experiences while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Webflow websites across multiple client engagements
• Translate Figma designs into responsive Webflow experiences and architect scalable CMS structures
• Build integrations with APIs and optimize websites for accessibility, SEO, and performance

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of front-end or web development experience, preferably in an agency setting
• 3+ years of experience building production websites in Webflow
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and custom code implementation within Webflow
• Strong knowledge of Webflow CMS and experience with Client-First methodology
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices
