Senior Website Manager
Job Summary
Managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing website, the full-time Senior Website Manager will oversee CMS page production, quality assurance, and site health monitoring while leading page optimization and experimentation efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and publish web pages using the CMS, managing the publishing workflow and maintaining CMS hygiene
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing, translating optimization strategies into live experiments and reporting results to stakeholders
- Execute quality assurance checks and monitor site health metrics, coordinating with developers to resolve issues
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in web operations, digital production, or CMS management
- Hands-on experience with modern headless or component-based CMS platforms
- Experience in setting up and managing A/B or multivariate tests using analytics tools
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, basic SEO hygiene, and accessibility standards
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
