Senior Website Optimization Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Website Optimization to join their CRO / Website Marketing Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead website migration and integration efforts for acquired and transitioning properties
• Conduct site audits to evaluate structure, navigation, taxonomy, and content organization
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned execution of site performance improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with websites, including migrations and platform integrations
• Proven experience leading or contributing to website migrations or large-scale site changes
• Strong understanding of website architecture, taxonomy, and URL structure
• Experience with content management systems, preferably Drupal
