Senior Wholesale Account Specialist

Job Summary

Senior Wholesale Account Specialist, a full-time remote position responsible for providing industry-leading customer service to national accounts, managing customer support and operational issues throughout the order management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with internal and external customers to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries
• Oversee specialized accounts and manage unique customer requirements
• Process data entry and order management tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably as a Runner Experience Specialist
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1+ years of Wholesale Order Management experience
• Advanced understanding of order lifecycle systems and reporting tools
