Senior Wind Installation Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote position, the Senior Lead Installation Specialist will drive safe and high-quality wind turbine installation execution, providing technical leadership and training oversight for installation teams while standardizing practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical installation leadership and support for new unit and RePower projects, guiding installation teams on technical matters
• Maintain consistent training practices across field teams, prioritizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices within the installation scope, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of wind turbine installation practices, including mechanical and electrical scopes
• Strong field experience supporting installation projects, including new unit and RePower execution
• Demonstrated ability to lead training and mentor field leaders
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, project management, and field operations teams
• Proven commitment to safe work practices and operational excellence
