Job Summary

To enhance a workforce intelligence platform, the full-time Senior Windows Developer will take ownership of Windows app development, focusing on performance, stability, and deployment in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute Windows app development with an emphasis on performance, maintainability, and cross-environment stability
• Profile, debug, and optimize applications for speed, memory usage, and reliability
• Collaborate with other developers to ensure consistent user experiences across platforms and contribute to app architecture and release processes

Required qualifications

• Proficient in C# with hands-on experience in Windows app development (Avalonia UI, WPF, UWP, or WinUI)
• Skilled in profiling, debugging, and performance optimization
• Experience in enterprise-managed or MDM-deployed app environments
• Comfortable working with APIs and understanding full-stack communication
• Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and reliability in user experiences
