Senior Windows Systems Administrator
Job Summary
Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Windows Systems Administrator will manage Exchange administration, support multiple environments, and perform backup restorations while mentoring junior system administrators.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and manage Exchange systems, including upgrades and implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated from user support helpdesks
- Document system implementations and propose enhancements for procedures and systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience with Exchange administration and multiple operating systems
- Knowledge of storage management, TCP/IP, and system monitoring tools
- Experience with SCCM patching tools and hypervisors
- Ability to perform hardware and software upgrades
