Senior Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end RF design projects for large-scale enterprise wireless networks, the full-time Senior Wireless Engineer will optimize and migrate WiFi systems in complex healthcare environments, conducting onsite surveys and producing design artifacts while working remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and validate RF design requirements through site reviews and network documentation analysis
• Perform onsite wireless RF surveys to assess coverage, capacity, and overall RF health
• Create and optimize predictive RF models and support AP migration activities by coordinating stakeholders and validating designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise WiFi networks
• Proven experience with large-scale RF design projects in complex facilities such as hospitals
• Strong proficiency with wireless survey and design tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet, Cisco DNA Center, or similar)
