Senior Wireless Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Senior Wireless Engineer will design, deploy, and support enterprise wireless environments, focusing on Cisco Meraki technology and optimizing wireless performance across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise wireless environments, primarily utilizing Cisco Meraki
• Monitor and optimize wireless performance across various locations
• Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure builds and improvements, creating design documentation and standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience with Cisco Meraki wireless systems
• Strong background in wireless infrastructure engineering
• Familiarity with wireless monitoring tools, such as SolarWinds
• Knowledge of identity and access management, particularly Cisco ISE
• Ability to work independently and manage projects from Day 1
