Senior Wireless Network Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and optimizing the enterprise wireless environment, the full-time Senior Wireless Network Engineer will ensure reliable, high-performance connectivity across campuses and facilities while serving as the senior escalation expert for complex RF and client connectivity issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the enterprise wireless environment for high-performance connectivity across various locations
• Lead the resolution of complex RF, roaming, and performance issues in large-scale production environments
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Aruba wireless platform, including upgrades and capacity planning

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience, or 5 years of relevant experience required
• 8-10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience, particularly in enterprise wireless
• Expert-level experience with Aruba wireless solutions and RF fundamentals
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex wireless issues across multiple layers
• Aruba Certified Mobility Professional (ACMP) or Aruba Certified Mobility Expert (ACMX) preferred
