Key Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, conversion-optimized law firm websites using a proprietary Gutenberg-based WordPress theme
• Develop custom templates and functionality while managing multiple concurrent website projects
• Transform complex Figma designs into responsive WordPress experiences and ensure post-development support

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in WordPress and front-end development
• Expert-level proficiency in PHP, CSS, HTML, and Bootstrap
• Strong knowledge of WordPress core concepts and Gutenberg block development
• Experience with commonly used plugins such as Gravity Forms and Advanced Custom Fields
• Proficient in project management tools and digital communication platforms
