Job Summary

Senior WordPress Developer, a fully remote position, is responsible for leading a development team, architecting scalable web solutions using WordPress and related technologies, and ensuring adherence to technical standards while optimizing for performance and SEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and conducting code reviews
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices for the team, ensuring quality and productivity

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in WordPress and/or Shopify development
• Deep proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Solid experience with the Next.js framework
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code and familiarity with Elementor and Webflow
• Proven experience leading or mentoring a development team
