Senior Work Management Engineer

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the enterprise-wide work management platform, the full-time Senior Work Management Engineer will serve as the technical leader for the Atlassian platform ecosystem, designing solutions that enhance collaboration and operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Atlassian platform to support business operations
• Optimize workflows and service management processes to enhance incident, request, problem, change, and work management
• Create dashboards and reporting solutions to provide insights into platform performance and operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a related field preferred
• Atlassian certification and/or ITIL 4 Foundation or higher preferred
• Deep hands-on experience administering and configuring Atlassian solutions
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and experience with service delivery processes
