Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Workday system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support the Workday system, focusing on the Benefits module
• Configure and implement system changes for optimized functionality and streamlined processes
• Provide day-to-day system support, including troubleshooting and enhancing system performance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years' HRIS experience in a corporate environment required
• 5+ years' Workday Benefits Module experience required
• 5+ years' experience developing Workday custom reports and complex calculated fields required
• Experience with at least one full implementation of Workday preferred
