Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst-HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to Human Resources systems
Configure Workday modules and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance
Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements based on new Workday releases

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Associate's degree in Computer and Information Science preferred; Bachelor's degree is also preferred
Minimum 5 years of ERP configuration experience, preferably with Workday
Minimum 6 years of IT experience in a healthcare or related industry preferred
All relevant certifications required upon hire
