Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Configuration Analyst to lead and optimize Workday configuration activities across various HR modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and optimize Workday US Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules
• Lead testing and deployment of configuration changes and enhancements
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and user documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the Workday ecosystem with Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, and Benefits modules
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into a business context
• Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously and lead others
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
