Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Workday Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Payroll and Time Tracking Workday configuration, ensuring seamless integration with organizational goals
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency
• Build and maintain custom reports, organizational hierarchies, and security roles within Workday

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies, with 2+ years in Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration
• Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations
• Experience in project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch
• Strong understanding of Payroll processes and time entry designs
