Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Workday Analyst to join their team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration development projects and ensure accurate data exchange with partners and vendors
• Design, develop, and automate data flows to enhance productivity and support organizational goals
• Gather requirements for integrations and applications, overseeing design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration, including Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, security, and data governance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Workday Certification is highly desired
