Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Analyst, Talent & Compensation (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and manage projects from requirements to deployment
  • Design and configure global Calibration processes and lead the Workday functional workstream for Succession Planning Extend application
  • Serve as the technical lead for M&A integrations and drive foundational Workday Compensation projects


Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of hands-on Workday experience with expertise in Talent and Core Compensation modules
  • Advanced configuration skills across HCM, Security, Core Compensation, and Talent & Performance
  • Expert-level EIB and Excel proficiency for high-volume data conversions
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience driving Workday projects independently
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
