Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Workday Analyst to lead HCM integration development projects in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HCM integration development projects, ensuring accurate data exchange with internal partners and vendors
• Design, develop, and automate data flows to enhance productivity and support organizational goals
• Gather requirements for integrations and oversee design, development, testing, implementation, and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Integration, including Workday Studio, Connectors, EIB, and XML/XSLT
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM and its security and data governance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• Workday Certification is highly desired
