Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst specializing in Performance Management and Core HCM.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand performance management and promotion workflows
- Gather and prioritize business and functional requirements for workflow enhancements
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption and readiness
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience focusing on Performance Management and Core HCM
- Strong expertise in performance review cycles and promotion workflows
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
- Experience guiding Workday configuration and supporting end-to-end delivery
- Solid understanding of approval workflows and HR data governance
