Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst specializing in Performance Management and Core HCM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand performance management and promotion workflows
  • Gather and prioritize business and functional requirements for workflow enhancements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption and readiness
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience focusing on Performance Management and Core HCM
  • Strong expertise in performance review cycles and promotion workflows
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
  • Experience guiding Workday configuration and supporting end-to-end delivery
  • Solid understanding of approval workflows and HR data governance
