Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst - Recruiting & Core HCM - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting leaders and stakeholders to define talent acquisition workflows
• Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements for Workday integration
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide recommendations on recruiting best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience focused on Recruiting and Core HCM
• Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruiting workflows
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions
• Experience guiding Workday configuration and supporting end-to-end delivery
• Strong knowledge of the recruiting ecosystem touchpoints
