Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Analyst to enhance and maintain their Workday ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with People Team partners to create effective Workday solutions
• Lead configuration, enhancement, and optimization across Workday teams
• Manage system changes, including requirements gathering, testing, and post-deployment support

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Workday in a functional role
• Deep expertise in at least one Workday functional area
• Strong understanding of HR processes related to Workday system design
• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Experience in ongoing optimization and production support of Workday
