Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, People Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary system owner for Workday, ensuring compliance and performance across integrations
  • Design and maintain advanced reports and dashboards, conducting routine audits for data integrity
  • Lead testing cycles and system enhancements during Workday release cycles, identifying opportunities for optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, particularly in Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Workday integrations across multiple vendors
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday business processes, reporting, and security configuration
  • Strong understanding of system controls and audit readiness within HRIS environments
