Job Summary

As a key member of the People Technology & Operations team, the full-time remote Senior Workday Analyst will lead Payroll and Time Tracking Workday configuration, collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to integrate requirements, and drive process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration of Payroll and Time Tracking in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and Payroll to implement streamlined operations processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiency through system changes and enhancements
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in fast-growing, global companies with 2+ years in Workday Payroll and Time Tracking configuration
  • Experience in Workday business process configuration, security, and organization configuration
  • Familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, and Core HCM modules in U.S. and International locations
  • Proven ability to support project planning, requirements gathering, testing, and launch processes
  • Strong understanding of Payroll processes and time entry designs
