Job Summary
To support the optimization and expansion of HR technology, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will design, configure, and improve Workday modules while serving as a strategic partner to HR, Payroll, and Finance teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, and Reporting
- Lead the full solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommendations for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRIS and/or Workday experience, with at least 3 years in Workday configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of Workday architecture, including business processes and data management
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Experience leading change management and user adoption initiatives
