Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing cybersecurity organization, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will provide functional support for Workday modules, perform analysis and testing, and develop new features while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Propose, develop, test, implement, and evaluate modifications to business processes within Workday
• Oversee functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, and maintenance
• Act as a strategic thought partner to various teams by identifying opportunities for automation and system design improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS/People Technology systems, specifically Workday
• Three or more years of experience in Workday Recruiting, HCM, Advanced Compensation, and/or Security
• Demonstrated experience developing or implementing technology-related process improvements
• Project Management experience with a consulting mindset is highly desired
