Senior Workday Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Workday Analyst, this role will focus on solutions analysis, design, configuration, and delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting Workday HCM Core, Benefits, Absence, and Compensation while offering flexible remote and hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct solutions analysis and design, including business process re-engineering and system fit/gap analysis
• Drive customer enablement and transform manager and employee experiences through effective configuration and delivery
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while managing customer expectations and aligning operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within HR functional areas, specifically in Workday
• End-to-end implementation experience, including project and change management
• Proficiency in Workday Reporting, API Integration, and EIB
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
