Job Summary
Supporting the configuration and maintenance of HR technology, the full-time Senior Workday Analyst will enhance talent management, learning, and performance management processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Talent processes, including performance reviews and talent assessments
- Design and implement specialized talent programs and employee development initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Administer Workday Learning functionality, including compliance training and onboarding programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of Workday HCM experience, particularly with Workday Talent & Performance and Workday Learning
- Experience supporting talent management and learning management systems
- Proficiency in creating and troubleshooting reports and dashboards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
