Senior Workday Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, the remote Senior Workday Analyst will enhance Workday Compensation processes and support the administration of Workday HCM solutions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement requirements for Workday Compensation projects to improve operational efficiency
- Partner with the HR Technology team for the administration, governance, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions
- Train and support team members on processes within the Workday HCM environment
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Workday or HR technology
- Experience supporting Workday Compensation or Core HCM solutions
- Familiarity with annual compensation cycles, merit and bonus processes, and stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem and Workday HCM
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
