Senior Workday Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders, the remote Senior Workday Analyst will enhance Workday Compensation processes and support the administration and optimization of Workday HCM solutions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement requirements for Workday Compensation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Partner with the HR Technology team for the administration, governance, testing, and optimization of Workday Compensation solutions
- Train and support team members on new and established processes within the Workday HCM environment
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting Workday Compensation or Core HCM solutions preferred
- Familiarity with annual compensation cycles, merit and bonus processes, and stakeholder management
- Deep knowledge of the HR technology ecosystem and Workday HCM
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
