Job Summary
Serving as the functional owner and subject matter expert for Workday Talent, the full-time remote Senior Workday Analyst will manage enhancements, provide production support, and drive process optimization while collaborating with HR leadership and IT teams to develop scalable HR technology solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the Workday Talent process, managing enhancements and support cases
- Collaborate with the Talent leadership team to develop and maintain effective talent processes in Workday
- Facilitate small to mid-scale projects and ensure successful implementation of new functionalities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field
- 3 years of Workday configuration experience
- 5 years of HRIS/IT experience with HR application analysis and business process design
- Strong knowledge of Workday Talent and HR technology trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
