Job Summary
To support the implementation of the new Workday Benefits module, the remote Senior People Tech Operations Specialist will manage backend configuration, oversee plan system management, and facilitate off-cycle transactions, specializing in Workday Benefits and Compensation module configuration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Workday Benefits module, coordinating with Commit Consulting and managing day-to-day relationships
- Own ongoing functional configuration of the Workday Benefits module, including plan setup, eligibility rules, and annual open enrollment processes
- Support general People Tech responsibilities across HR systems, including configuration updates and vendor partnerships
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4+ years of Workday HRIS configuration experience with expertise in Benefits, Compensation, and Absence modules
- Proven experience managing a Benefits module implementation or major open enrollment cycle in Workday
- Strong testing discipline with the ability to write, execute, and document test cases
- Experience supporting the Greenhouse Recruiting platform is preferred
