Senior Workday Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Workday Configuration Analyst in a full-time remote role, this position will manage complex Workday configurations, serve as the top-tier escalation point for production support, and ensure system stability and performance across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and maintain complex Workday configurations and advanced business processes across various modules
• Lead resolution of critical incidents and provide guidance to Tier I-III analysts on troubleshooting and resolution strategies
• Oversee bi-annual Workday release support activities, including testing and validation of system changes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Workday experience with a focus on production support and configuration
• Proven experience operating at a Tier III+ level with escalation handling responsibilities
• Deep expertise across multiple Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
• Advanced skills in Workday business process framework, calculated fields, and security configuration
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve cross-functional system issues independently
