Senior Workday Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday Consultant (Managed Services).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
• Audit current configuration and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Execute hands-on configuration across Core HCM functional areas and maintain advanced reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM; certification is a plus
• Proven ability to navigate between strategy discussion and Workday configuration
• Mastery of Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
• Deep understanding of the Workday data model and its impact on integrations and payroll
• Ability to explain technical limitations to non-technical HR partners
