Senior Workday Consultant

Job Summary

To support the ongoing development and optimization of a cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS), the remote Senior Workday Consultant will provide advanced support, gather business requirements, and collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to enhance system functionality and improve business processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide advanced support and resolution for Workday and HRIS-related issues
• Gather business requirements, perform system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of changes across multiple Workday functional areas
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to improve business processes, workflows, and system functionality

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of HRIS consulting, administration, or implementation experience
• Strong hands-on Workday experience across multiple functional areas
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system solutions
• Knowledge of cloud-based HR technology platforms and business process design
