Senior Workday Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workday Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions while collaborating with HR users to support their needs and manage large projects throughout the software development life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and documentation of scalable software solutions based on business priorities
• Gather and document business requirements, providing estimates for proposed changes and consulting with users on impacts
• Coordinate development activities with team members and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with change control procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proven Workday development experience, particularly with Extend development
• Experience supporting HR users directly in a software development capacity
• Familiarity with multiple development languages and software development lifecycle methodologies
• Experience in database management systems and basic project management concepts
