Senior Workday Developer

Job Summary

To enhance the enterprise Workday ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Workday Developer will support, maintain, and develop integrations for HR and Finance business functions while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient data exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing production support for Workday integrations and troubleshoot integration issues
• Design, build, test, and maintain new Workday integrations using Workday-native technologies and external APIs
• Follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and participate in solution design reviews and change management activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Strong experience supporting both Workday HCM and Workday Financials integrations
• Proven expertise with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Workday APIs (REST and SOAP)
• Experience troubleshooting complex integration issues in production environments
