Senior Workday Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workday Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions, with a strong emphasis on Workday Extend development and direct support for HR users.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable software solutions to meet business requirements
- Manage large projects through the entire software development lifecycle, including gathering and documenting business requirements
- Coordinate development activities with team members, vendors, and management while ensuring compliance with change control procedures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven Workday development experience, particularly with Extend
- Experience in software development methodologies and project management concepts
- Familiarity with database management systems and multiple development languages/platforms
- Experience in directly supporting HR users and understanding their needs
