Senior Workday Financials Analyst

Job Summary

Serving as a hands-on Workday Financials subject-matter expert, the full-time Lead/Senior Workday Financials Analyst will focus on design, configuration, and ongoing support of financial systems while collaborating with finance and IT stakeholders in a healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support the Workday Financials environment, ensuring optimal functionality
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions through requirements gathering, testing, and deployment
• Lead enhancements and optimize financial workflows, including procure-to-pay and month-end close processes

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of overall Workday experience
• 3-5+ years of experience supporting Workday Financials in a post-implementation environment
• Proven hands-on configuration ownership with experience in optimization projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience in gathering business requirements and supporting the entire configuration lifecycle
