Senior Workday Financials Developer

Job Summary

To lead the design, development, integration, and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions, the contract Senior Workday Financials Developer will work remotely, combining technical development with solution architecture and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and system requirements to develop scalable technical solutions and serve as the technical subject matter expert for Workday Financials
• Configure and customize Workday Financial Management modules, develop integrations, and create custom reports while troubleshooting complex issues
• Lead technical design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Financials configuration and development, including modules like GL, AP, and AR
• Strong experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and developing integrations using SOAP and REST web services
• Proven experience leading Workday Financial implementations and mentoring technical teams
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and enterprise application integration concepts
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
