Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Workday HCM Functional Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into comprehensive system solutions
• Design, build, and test configurations and reports to align the system with business needs
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday with relevant certifications
• Strong background in Workday HCM Integrations and Reporting
• Hands-on experience with XSLT/XML document transformations and validations
• Knowledge of IT file delivery methodologies such as SFTP and API
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
