Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to design, implement, and optimize Workday HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to create functional specifications for HCM and payroll solutions
• Configure and customize Workday HCM modules and ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and provide training to team members on Workday

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Experience implementing and supporting Payroll functional areas
• Proficiency in Workday Studio is a significant advantage
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules and configuration
• Workday certification in HCM functional areas is highly preferred
