Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst, Performance Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to enhance mid-cycle promotion and performance management workflows
• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for workflow improvements
• Lead requirements review sessions and support testing activities including UAT

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday Performance Management and Core HCM analyst
• Deep expertise in performance review processes and promotion workflows
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering skills
• Proven ability to write detailed functional requirements and design documents
• Experience guiding configuration decisions and supporting Workday Extend customization activities
