Senior Workday HCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join their Workday team within People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage core Workday HCM functionality and optimize system settings and business processes
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex Workday issues while providing guidance to junior team members
• Drive the design, testing, and implementation of new Workday functionality and advanced reporting solutions

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with Workday HCM across multiple modules
• Strong experience in Workday system configuration, including business process design and security
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to align systems, people, and processes to drive business outcomes
• Experience mentoring and supporting team members in a collaborative environment
