Job Summary

Senior Workday HCM Analyst, responsible for owning Workday HCM configuration in a full-time role, focusing on automation and collaboration across teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Workday HCM processes, including business processes, domain security, integrations, and reporting
• Implement new Workday capabilities while prioritizing automation and AI solutions
• Collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
• Strong understanding of core HR processes such as onboarding, compensation, and performance management
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop plans from incomplete requests
• Familiarity with tools like Deel, Greenhouse, Workato, or Databricks is a plus
